Honestly, Pagoda is fine as far as Chinese food in Missoula goes. Not as authentic as you'd find in a big city, of course, but it's not downright repulsive like River Wok. The pagoda Pad Thai was talked up by my friends but was totally BLAND af and the veggies seemed frozen.
