I went in armed with the TSB #18-NA-355 dealing with the triple flush of fluids. Just recently had the 18-NA-355 service bulletin for my 17 SS A8 and noticing the transmission is acting much better but slightly different? The shudder is gone completely which is awesome but i am noticing the RPMs are idling a bit higher around 1800-2000 rpm in 8th at 65-70 vs 1500ish prior to the TSB.Had New TSB #18-NA-355 (A8 Shudder) Done. FYI, if paying out of pocket for this it is 3 hours of labor versus the 1.6 in the bulletin. It took every bit of those 3 hours. I watched. With that said I was able to get mine replaced with the fluid/flush. It's likely dealer dependant.
