Just make sure you are doing it from your characters inventory, make sure your stash is closed. Then right click the gift, and then click on your level 70, unsocketed weapon. As Jay points out, make sure your stash is closed. Ramaladni's Gift is a Legendary item that only has a single use, so you will lose it after using it. This item is completely random, only available in Torment difficulty worlds, and can't be specifically farmed. To use this item, you have to right-click on it and apply it to a weapon that does not have a socket.Ramaladni’s Gift is a fairly rare random drop. And by rare, I mean it can happen right away (lottery luck), or you can hit Paragon 800 and not have one yet (coal in the holiday stocking luck). They won’t drop prior to Torment 1 though as they are a Torment only flagged drop AFAIK. You’ll just have to keep killing monsters and hoping one ....
